no prob. i didn't expect it either. Its literally all i have before a work out, and it powers me through it. Though, it really does do more when i've given it an hour to digest.
I ate around 5:30 and hit the gym around 6ish and i just didn't get the energy i usually get. Time to stop hitting the snooze button at 5am.
I need to pick up more berries and start dumping in my ground up sunflower and pumpkin seed mix.
its an awesome meal plan and really simple to follow. I've dumped the turkey for more chicken though, just because the turkey loins have this vein of fat or something down the center and it disgusts me...
