I meant you may wanna swap on your EWG set up before you drop the motor in. I dont need it, I haven't had a catted uppipe in over 6 months.

TROLL 07-27-2007 02:52 AM

ah ok... actually because i need to have the uppipe custom welded for the ewg and the best way to do it is on the actual car, we couldnt have it made ahead of time.
once i have the car up and running with everything except the ewg i'll take it in to 1320 and we'll pull the car apart at the shop, i'll have ryan fit the ewg to a perrin uppipe, and when he's done we'll install it and put the car back together.
for now i was just going to use the sti uppipe though, unless like i said, someone wants to buy it.
the car wil be up and running with turboback, fmic, intake, and hopefully alcohol injection from the start though, and that will be on the stock ecu. then hopefully i will add the ewg shortly after and get a tune to really unleash the beast.

sorry, its been a while... juggling work and the swap, and having my daily driver die on me :( has left things pretty tight lately.
anyway, here are the photos from the last few days of work...

better late than never... these are photos from the past few days... not as much visually going on until recently but you can see the interior and engine bay get totally completely stripped and then see them start to come back together... so we're on our way. there was a lot to put back in place before the engine can be dropped back in, but we're pretty much ready to do that tomorrow thank god. i'm ready for this to start materializing as i'm sure you all can imaging.
anywho... photos cause i know thats what you're here for...
