a few weeks ago i met a really nice girl at school, who is only a few years older than me. we are flirting like crazy, exchange numbers, etc...
she texts me at 7am to tell me that she work up and though of something i said to her. I figured, great time to ask her out for coffee. as soon as i do, i get shot down. turns out she has two kids, and is a widow. her husband died in a car crash, and she just cant bare to meet me for coffee because she doesnt know how she would explain it to her kids. FML.

now im dating this other girl with her own bag of drama to deal with.
i miss the old days when things were much simpler.
