steve i didnt mean to single you out in my post its just, you have been around the old best buy meet to see it get shut down over similar type of sh*t, you out of all people should know not to do that stuff man.

i don't need it sugar coated, but when people are getting on my case for something that most others have done, thats not cool. at the old best but there were burnouts everytime a rwd car left. and a awd launch everytime a subby or evo left. i agree with you, it is a nice spot, like i said, i shouldnt have done it.

In the parking lot - NO, just asking for trouble.

Leaving (on the street) - speed off, do whatever. It's not like anybody is going to be doing donuts or burnouts on the road right there.

I wasn't referring to you at all. In fact, compared to some of the others, you left in a civilized manner. I didn't even see you e-brake it out of the lot. Also, I don't think your car is a piece of ****. I respect your car and I think it is one of the most unique cars at the meet.

I admit that I overreacted with the whole "piece of ****" comment. It wasn't targeted at anyone and I didn't mean to insult anyone's car. I was just frustrated at the time I wrote the previous post and thus I will edit it. I sincerely apologize for that error.

You can go ahead and rev all you want. I just don't want to see any excessive speeding or tire smoke at the meet. That's all. Not a big request. I was specifically concerned regarding the silver WRX that came pretty darn close to hitting the pole in parking lot, when attempting AWD donuts. If threats are needed to rectify this issue, so be it. It's a price I am willing to pay. I hate to be a snitch or anything like that, but I would hate to lose this spot a lot more.

So this time, since I came off like a dick last time, I'll ask nicely. Please, for the love of god, don't do anything reckless, dangerous or flashy at the meet. I hope that this won't be an issue at future meets. Again, I apologize for anyone whom I offended with my previous content.

its not that people are trying to be dicks, but i see you come out to the meets alot and it looks like your having a good time, we just dont want to see a good thing get ruined ya know? unlike you a lot of us that are from the old best buy have been looking for a good spot for awhile now, a spot that can grow into a huge meet our old best buy used to be. we just dont want it to get ruined by people messing around, but i think in ur post you fully understand the issue and most likely wont do it again. beccuse it seems like you would like to keep a good thing going just like the rest of us that attend.

once we get more cars out i'm sure we can start getting races off on 38 or 295!

At the same time we can't encourage the wreckless behavior. I KNOW I heard some people tell Ross to drift, and I'm willing to bet that of nobody told him to do it, he wouldn't have. I'm with you on not wanting to find a new spot and wanting the attendance like we did at best buy in CH and the only way that'll happen is if we comsistantly meet in one spot.

i agree, although i'm not necessarily a regular. I went to the BB meet in Cherry hill when my car was working last summer. I still try to show my face at the meets on somewhat of a regular basis while its getting fixed, and if i miss a week or 2, it's gonna suck trying to find out where the next one will be. Like i said, i saw the cop creeping around across the street. So they know that we are there. Plus the mall is right there which gets quite a lot of attention from the cops, all it takes is for one of them to have their window down and hear loud exhaust and tires to get it shut down. And it usually takes only one person to ruin it for everyone.
