i think i'm gonna get a plan together to get back into it in the next few weeks, i have a free (to me) membership through my brother who is a trainer at the gym that is within a 5 minute walk from my house. Jon knows this lol, I've run out of excuses to not do it so I'm just gonna get back into it, I miss it

how much is kirkwood? I checked out the prices before I got the whole family of the employee deal and there's all kinds of discounts like college student/yadda yadda. I may be wrong in thinking it's like 30 a month which isn't bad considering how often you will be there

it's an ok place. my GF's friends go there every weekend. the bartenders can be a holes sometimes.
