The last time I detailed it was back in November of last year, needless to say it has zero swirls now and only one scratch. SHOW me another 2009 car with that many miles, hell even an 08 or 07 in the SAME condition....

lol 10 months! omg, thats a lot... I've had mine for 10 YEARS!

haha, I've seen the car in person, it looks 10 years old. No offense, but maintaining a car the way I do it'll look new in 10 years. I've done cars that sit outside in all weather, see them a few months later and they clean right up. The problem with your vision of a detail is you're portraying it as the car should keep itself clean, which is never the case.

HOWEVER, a PROPER detail...not a hand polish and otc wax...will seal and protect that paint for everytime it does get dirty and properly washed. So that everytime you simply wash the car, it looks like it just got fully detailed, that's the result you should expect.

thats because it is a 10yr old car, and it gets driven every single day.
any car thats a daily driver is going to have its dings, dents, scratches and swirls, no matter how much you buff it. especially a black car.

my point is, that even the most amazing detail in the world will need to be kept up with, unless you have a garage queen.

Now you're back tracking, my car get driven, probably more than yours does and is just as suspect to the same elements you posted. You are agreeing with my point...I no longer see the point of your mad posting. :afro:

When i got my red mr2 detailed (toyota red... No clearcoat... 91) it looked amazing for like 6 months straight and I never touched it haha. People always asked me if I had washed my car at meets and everytime I said no because of the detail.

Oh yeah nigga oh yeah.

Also Arts car is clean for what it is. I think the torque steer helps him dodge dirt!
