I never would have had a small dog until Marina convinced me to get a Papillon but I honestly love that little ****er. Definitely much cooler than a cat and similar sized. But he's the most hyper dog imaginable. Imagine a tiny dog that will happily survive a 3.5 mile run and then want to play more.

For one thing not getting a full 8 leads to blood sugar issues and weight gain. At least that's what I read somewhere. Which is why when I started getting serious about losing weight, I started getting serious about being in bed by 11.

iPod Touch

I recently started and been able to keep a good sleep schedule. Now that i get 8hrs a night i am able to deal with stress better. For instance, my life situation has not changed and i am not stressed out anymore. The only thing that changed is that i am getting a good nights sleep.
