lol knowledge of BMW's has nothing to do with the current discussion. besides the only real quirks that need to be known about bmw's are electrical and possible fatigue issues. but hearing someone whos barely 18 talk **** on some other guy who probably has very little automotive knowledge is pretty funny.

I know the difference from half assed and from doing it right the first time. Guess you don't know how hot BMW engine bays get and why hoses are to be replaced fairly often.

i agree with you sam, do not do things half assed... i agree that he should replace those things you mentioned.... HOWEVER, i think its funny that you are criticizing him.

I am not trying to bash you dude. I spend lots of time on that forum( I have no life) and I have seen many times where people don't replace something I and many other people suggest and later on they find themselves doing it all over again. I've been there and done that with my Honda.

Forums < real experience/hands on.
