I just read something funny. A guy, bought a BMW for $300. It needed a lot of electrical work plus it was beat outside. He fixed it up and now he got a call from the prior owners son that he wants the car back. He said that spent $2500 to get an S50 engine in it(M3 engine) and he wants the car back. The new owner said no, yet the son won't take no for an answer. So he said he is going to see him in court to get the car back. The new owner has the bill of sale, title is in his name.

Oh.. personal.. basis with the GUY eh?....

russiankid 04-18-2009 11:09 PM

I wonder what he could possibly present to the judge in this situation? Sounds like a personal problem that your parents sold your car...sorry their car since it was most likely in their name not his, for cheap.
