worst decision ever by mitsu....i wish they wouldn't have. i am also joining the search for a good eprom....dsmlink is also on the way before winter is over

Are you cereal Bill? That's awesome. Making me jelous over here. I ended up going the AFC route.

And the EPROM ECU's weren't anything super special, it's just what the guys at DSMlink were able to work with and tap into sucessfully. But you are so right, it would be the **** if they had continued them so us 2gb guys can have dsmlink without it costing us $700+

i have a few that im looking at right now, i just gotta pull the trigger on them and i just havent yet. then all i'd need to do is get my ecu socketed for it and i'd be ready to go. if i could get rid of my safc first i'd be all over it.

PaleDSM 11-13-2007 08:17 PM

We pick them up for the shop pretty often through DSMTalk and DSMTuners classifieds. Usually pay $185-$190 per.

97TurboDSM 11-13-2007 08:18 PM

97eclipse 11-15-2007 12:04 AM

common now u knew it was in kensignton so u knew it had to be a chop shop bc of where it is at. haha jk

97TurboDSM 11-15-2007 12:14 AM

he makes a good point. seriously though, im 100% positive i can use my ecu, i just have to find a good deal on dsmlink cause im halfway broke at the moment

97TurboDSM 11-19-2007 12:27 AM

so all of the sudden my left front tire has been going flat, and this is after JNZ repaired the tire. its really frustrating to have to refill the damn tire all the time, hopefully some of that fix-a-flat ish will fix it unless theres another solution. im thinking its from the cold air but i dunno?

turbo4g63 11-19-2007 09:10 AM

NOOOO, don't use fixaflat...you're best route is just to get new tires. If you put fixaflat in there you'll get **** all over the inside of your rim and it'll throw it out of balance. New tires are only around 70 bucks each, just do that
