ugg refinancing my car is such a whore!

Last time I spoke with the people at chase they told me to call back in about 3 weeks to do when I am eligable, i called today and they no longer do it over the phone so I have to either do it online or drive all the way to pennington NJ to do it at a branch. When I went online to do it they needed my payoff, so I call up and the service cannot give me my payoff balance and in the process I notice that they may have screwed up my payments because I gave them $1400 so that I could hold off for a little while lowering my payoff and it seems instead they set it up as 3 seperate payments because my next one isnt until late june now....

Its funny you should mention that, Ive been working up there silently with a smile on my face...... But I dont want to do it forever. i think I may just keep doing it as a second job and enjoy the extra money while its still fun to do it.
