So I decided to sell the Sig. It's one of those 'I thought the grass was greener..' deals. I'm just going to keep my M&P as my EDC and find something else to play around with. If anyone's interested, it's a P229 w/rail in .40S&W... "Excellent Condition" Sig Certified Pre-Owned. I put 200 rounds through it after I bought it, then cleaned it and here it sits. I would prefer a FTF sale near 19512 but I'll ship it for exact cost if someone wants it. PM me for a price.
I'm still waiting for my Comp-Tac MTAC. It should be here Monday or Tuesday. I just payed $90.50 (shipped) for it, but it can go with the P229 for $80, or buy it alone for the same price. Munky, that means you! lol |

Sorry to hear that but I feel you. I love my SIGs, the 229 would be my wrol handgun over my 1911. Just can't beat the Capacity. My everyday carry is either a kimber uc2 or glock 36. |
It's just one of those things that's a 'feeling' over just plain enjoying the gun. I'm so comfortable with my M&P that I'm sort of nervous about switching it up. I can manipulate it and shoot it very well and it feels very natural in my hand and is comfortable to carry so I figure why fix what ain't broke? I don't know why I was so focused on changing carry guns, no real reason I guess.. just wanted something different. The P229 is nice (all Sigs for that matter) but it's not something I'll be able to get the feel for like the 40C.
