Congrats! That's pretty awesome, especially considering the state of a lot of companies today. I'm not sure when we find out about raises or bonuses here. I have a feeling nothing will be done for my department though since we're hiring 14 new people. I have a feeling the new expense is going to take away our chance of any incentives this year.

Lots of hiring generally means that the department is doing well. That could be a good raise and even better than expected incentives.

we were told last year no raises due to the economy. meanwhile the business was growing and making more money and the ceo gave himself a 1 million dollar bonus on top of the 2-3 mill his salary is

we're not sure if we're getting raises this year... but i would have gotten 3 or 4 % last year and the same this year

theres already wagers going on in my group of friends on how long this is gonna last. like 2/3 of them said that wed be done before mw2 comes out aka tuesday lol

Thats crazy. Nothing for the employees when the companies earnings are going up. That drives me crazy. It makes it tough to work for a company when that happnes. Morale must be aweful.

I think I've been a pretty decent ex-gf previously. However Ive had some crazy ex-bf situations. It's not my fault boys broke up with me and then decided they made a mistake. I don't give second chances. Especially to crazy people.
