I walk it out like crutches
2 girls jump me like double dutches |
today's my 3 year anniversary working here. in that time i've changed locations and nearly doubled my salary. if that keeps up, in 10 years, i should be making like fifty zillion dollars and working on the moon.

My job sucks. Im coming up on 2 years in a few days and have only had one raise (a big one but still) and I probably wont get another one unless I beg. sigh....
|
since i got my first job when i was like 16 or 17... ive more than tripled my salary. if i keep this up ill be making enough money to buy a house in chester county when im 50

I've been working at this phukin place for a year since past july and have gotten 0 raises -_-...I'm tired of making 11 ducks an hour when I know I can make more. But I'm torn between what field to go into...I.T. or Automotive...I know more about IT but its harder to find a job that Isn;t 1.5 hours away -_-.

next wednesday will be my one year here ive had no raises and have switched between 4 locations i hate it i think the worst though was trenton |
I got my first job the summer after freshman year, so 15. I was a dishwasher at the Red Rose Inn in Jennersville. I made 5.50 an hour and I hated every single moment of it.
This is the longest I've worked at one company, it's kinda nice; I like being partially vested in pension and 401k and stuff. 5 years is my goal here (minimum) before I start looking elsewhere, cause then I'm 100% vested  |
I just now set up my prudential retirement acct. Now all I have to do is get my job...errr jobs to put money in it . My job at acme is so much more entertaining and fun than this desk job...and at acme I get 2 raises a year regardless.

EVERYBODY in here who has the ability to set up a 401k SHOULD. Seriously. Even you who make 8 dollars an hour. SET UP YOUR 401k AND START MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TO IT NOW. Otherwise I'll have nobody to go yachting with me when I retire  |
i srsly need to set up my 401k and get some stock in this company... if i stay here i could make some serious bank

My job's retirement plan is baller: "To help meet your goals, Mannington Mills has an employer match of $1.00 for every $1.00 you contribute to the plan up to 3% of your eligible pay. Then, they contribute $0.50 of every $1.00 you contribute for the next 2% of your eligible pay.."
