I guess it depends on what you're selling. If it's your body, I would say that e-mail is probably about right.

Yeah, the def. do. You won't eat all day, you will get everything you could ever imagine done in half the time, and talk a lot. I don't like them that much but sometimes I find they're good to have for certain situations.

yes they freaking do, it's impossible for me to gain weight in the first place, I took them for all of senior year and freshman year of college. After looking like a cancer patient I stopped, and I did nothing but when I was on them. I'm finally climbing back to my 180 mark.

yea ive been noticing that. i get done class at 12 so usually get my studying done and totally forget about lunch. and ive noticed lately that i dont shutup lol
