I was actually just talking about this with someone at work. This does still include the Blueray player right?

HickRocket1258 09-24-2009 10:48 AM

Doing it yourself Ken? A friend of mine had a shop. We took mine there and some stuff wasn't coming loose so we hacked it up. Took about an hour and a half.

Ummm... since about a month ago. :( my company got rid of all their contract jobs... which was me and a bunch of other people.

Still job hunting like crazy. It's been hectic, but hopefully it will pay off in the long run.

lololol

So i go out to get breakfast (boss isnt here today so we ordered... I didnt have cash so i picked it up) and at the light theres a red corvette with exhaust and expired registration. So he sees me and laughs. Light turns green... He starts going and floors it thinking im impressed. Lets off and gets beside me.

Looks over and goes "gauges huh? Are you boosted? Bet you cant keep up!"

LOL... So i look at him and shrug. Meanwhile my boost needle is pegged to 18lbs just waiting... He gets on it and as his rear bumper gets to the front of my car i half throttle it to put us side by side. Then he looks over and yells "sllloooowww!" at which point i mashed it and was 2 cars on him and as he was still trying he got pulled over haha

Cop didnt even come after me when i passed him on the way back.

Silly big headed v8 owner

****ing old man in a mini van blew through a stop sign at like 30mph, didn't even slow down. I had already stopped and was half way through the intersection when he did this. Good thing I stopped or he would've t-boned me. Bastard. Then I thought maybe he maybe just didn't see that stop sign. Nope, he blew through the next one too. Incredible.

Aaaaaaaaaand to top it off, he honked at me.

I used t have Hershey kisses on my desk in an open bowl for everyone in my department. The mouse thing has been an on going problem in our building since it was changed from a convention center to our office building. The first time I heard of the problem near me I got the container for my food and a jar with a lid for my chocolate.

The girl that sits next to me had oatmeal, cereal and other stuff like that in her desk and the mouse went right through the packaging. It didn't touch the double bagged chocolate covered pretzels though. Apparently your mouse had a different pallet than these Fort Washington mice lol

A mouse ran through my kitchen last night  I opened the fridge (it was dark in the room) and the light scared him off.

Where there is 1, there is generally more. Put out some traps now in order to make sure you never see any more.

DPancoast 09-24-2009 11:33 AM

jay i honestly dont know the differences but id say c5 or c6...

I havent been to the dyno or track yet but id estimate between 250-260 to the wheels depending on heatsoak. 1\4 mile est is a solid 13 flat. Faster with good driving and DRs... Race weight is only 3020 so it doesnt take much lol

Gotcha,

C5 has flipy headlights, C6 is slightly more agressive an doesn't have flip ups.

From your specs, you should def out run a stock Vette. The A4 are dogs from a roll too!

Im hungry. Cant wait to go home and relax. Plus i bought those "late night" brand doritos in jalepeno popper flavor and i wanna try them lol

Work is boring. Get to go home a half hour early sincw my bosses assistant is running the joint today.

HickRocket1258 09-24-2009 12:16 PM

Haha DPan I do not have cars to back it up. The motor on my camaro needs freshened up whenever I decide to get it back out there. I want to go faster with it but don't want to put a roll bar in it.

That's what my dad did with his camaro. He didn't have his liscense renewed yet so he was sandbagging trying to run 10.0s when the car was capable of 8's.

well, my uncle's isn't that extreme.

he bracket races, and runs "12.4" in his dart.

yet, he did a full out run before, and hit 11.8.

but he doesn't want to get a new harness setup and roll cage, so he keeps it in the 12's.

jpalamar 09-24-2009 12:26 PM

How about just do big burnout instead of lauch, then you will have no problem running slow.

Yeah doesn't need just rollbar until he hits 11.49 or quicker. Yeah I bracket race too. My dad's camaro is set up for it too. Dad did it for about 25-30 years then passed it all down to my brother and I. He was successful and many locals knew him from back in the day.

Foot long turkey on Italian herbs and cheese, toasted, with provolone, lettuce, mayo and black pepper. So ****ing tits. I love subway.
