The dunker

I have this problem that when someone mentions either dunkin donuts or Cinnabon to me, I am immediately hungry and must proceed to the nearest retail location.

If I had a cinnabon near me, I'd never get girls.

same boat my friend, if there was one within the same distance as a wawa or anything else to me, it would be game over both for my metabolism or bank account.
