i've pretty much settled on trying to make a "peach cobbler mead"

so peaches, oatmeal (gives a biscuity flavor) and honey

Honey will feed the yeast, creating the alcohol, and the peaches/oatmeal will flavor it.

Its a pretty simple solution to the challenge, and i'm sure the other more experienced brewers (and scientists in the group) will come up with things a little more challenging...

though, i am tempted to just get some kool-aid or jello mix and ferment that :lol:

Yeah I plugged it in and started the car. The compressor was off so thats a start. Then the A/C wouldn't come on. Waited a few seconds and I clicked the A/C, compressor kicked on, radiator fans kicked on like they should. Tried it a few times and it works.
