I'm getting my ass kicked today at work because the people in my department are ****ing up!!! this one dude has made some huge mistakes within this week making the work take twice as long which means clients are waiting for their work and screaming at us!!! GRRRR!!!! so ****ing angry!!

well the thing that pisses me off even more was that i had choose who to let go between this guy and another guy I let the other guy go, and now i'm finding out that this guy is a major weak link.
