So we have a replacement technician today, the normal one is out...I called him at his desk to let him know of a new ticket for someone to just have their PC rebooted (which we do all the time) and he's like "that's stupid" and hung up. Awesome, I love people.

He's busy playing chatty cathy with his butt buddy on the phone now. He's a useless prick and seriously the worst possible person to be working today. The normal guy brings me breakfast and picks lunch up for us (I pay for it he just knows I have to stay strapped down on the phones since I'm the only one here) and today I'll be lucky if I can get this asshat to cover for me for 20 mins so I can run to Wawa.
