I'm not going to read all the post in this thread but there is an idea being bounced around about the old K-Mart on 541 the lot is close to the size of Dix/best buy.
It is also near 295 and best of all the K-mart is out of biss.
I think that it has been talked about i just dont know the out come and some other people have posted in other threads.
