Just got home from work and am starting the New Year's partying early with a Samuel Adams Holiday Porter. I'm sure we will be putting away a lot more tonight.

im not a big beer drinker... and the ones ive tried... i havent enjoyed.

Okay, that's cool. I, however, just finished the Holiday Porter and poured a Cream Stout.

yuengling lager
killians irish red
miller lite
barley creek antler brown ale

liquor:
anything not overly bitter

Okay, I can agree with you on the Killians, but Yuengling and Miller Lite? LOL To each his own, my brother-in-law drinks nothing but Budweiser. Never tried the Barley Creek, but it sounds good. I don't get to try too much since Sam Adams provides 2 cases a month. They do have some good stuff if you avoid the Boston Lager.

I can't do hard stuff.

barley creek is a small brewery in the poconos... they have a good amount of decent beer.


i had a bottle of boston lager a couple months ago... i think thats what did me in... it was either a bad case or it was just that gross lol

Boston Lager is NOT our best beer (in my opinion). I really like our Honey Porter, Brown Ale, Irish Red, Holiday Porter....anything but Boston Lager. I think it's too hoppy for my taste.
