Throw a ridiculously themes party at a local bar (like 80's night LOL). Or just get a **** load of people to go to a chosen bar in the 1st place.

Are you outgoing enough to talk to girls you don't know at a bar? ALSO, if you make friends with girls that you have no intention of getting involved with romantically, she'll know girls. TRUST ME ON THAT. Girls are your biggest ally when it comes to meeting new girls!!!
