first time running
 

So I had so much fun today, especially since it was my first time running my car. Didn't do as well as I would have liked, but for never racing or running my car before, I can't expect much. Not as big of a turn out as last year supposedly, but looked pretty good to me. Looking forward to the next evo vs sti day !!

wtf isnt summer over? it was too hot. whine, whine, cheese.
didnt expect much from today so i wasnt disappointed really. just an excuse to hang with some friends and get out to the track for my once or twice a year visit, haha.

yo troll...u showed up to late for a sherwood man love hug. and dont even act like u didnt ask for one yesterday.

i drove 20 mins the wrong way to meet up with people at sonic at 11, and i was even on time. we didnt leave sonic till 11:30 and didnt get to the track till at least 12:30... i saw d money and hung with him for a bit under the fizz tent or whatever it was but sherwood was nowhere to be found. i left by 4... it was a lot more hot than it was entertaining.
i want my car tuned naow! goal for first time at the track is to get into the 12s... haha. after we cross that off the list then i'll start thinking 11s.

I had a good time. Turnout was definitely weak. Years ago this event was almost worth going to. And what was with not having a heads up class? I think the only one was the stock appearing class.

they had a heads up event..it was like 8 evos and 2 sti's...real gay.

Hey man thats awesome you noticed..!! I have won that class for 3 or 4 years in a row now..Got new best time of 11.60@118.9 THAT IS STOCK 05 TURBO 3450lbs 6 speed shifting to 5th :) It was pretty awesome that I was running the same time that won the unlimited heads up class for the whole event..This year was only TRUE racers without all the shop car crap..Was the best event I have raced in a while..Not to mention a GIRL beat everyone else in my class except me, She would smoke everyone on here in an evo X...jk still drinkin
