black integra frontmount & yellow eclipse

i was on morris road heading towards 202 and saw a 2 tone integra black and white wit a huge frontmount and a really loud BOV. had grey wheels and polished lip. integra was speeding off somewhere. fast On the same road i saw a yellow slammed eclipse wit a carbonfiber hood and really ricey tailights anyone on here?

was the eclipse really riced out? body kit wing etc? if so this guy goes to montco and i see the car all the time
