can i get in trouble for this

i gave my friend a ride home tonight. she wanted to give me gas money so i said sure. anyway long story short she used a credit card. appaently she stole it off her parents and has been using it all week. the thing im worried about is she dosent drive so if she gets caught and they ask about why is there a 10.00 purchase at wawa and she admits she used it to buy me gas will i get in trouble? i had no idea it was stolen since i dont know her that well shes a friend of a friend :eek: thanks ahead of time and sorry if this section is for traffic stuff only. ive been involved in alot of stupid **** because of the people i associate with but nothing as crazy as this..

If you honestly didnt know she was using it without her parents permission then I wouldnt see a reason to jam you up

thank you :) yea i really had no idea. i didnt know if i could get in trouble for recieving stolen property or something. if worst comes to worst ill just pay it back and explain that i honestly had no idea.
