I bought a Galant VR4 somewhere along the lines... I nicknamed it the tranny eater.

A light tail light tint on your car would look really good Josh, those wheels and that drop really brought it together. After your FMIC your car is going to look extremely boss.

Nothing To crazy...2.0 with Forged Rods/Pistons...I already have the Block/Head...BC 272's, FP Race Mani, All the Springs/Retainers/Valves/Guides/ Valve Locks/Blah Blah I just need Rocker Arms and Lifters for the Head and I didnt buy the Rod/Pistons Yet...

As for the rest of it...I have a 4 Bolt rear/Raxle Front axles Shift Cables I need a Transmission and a Driveshaft...And assemble everything and it would be damn close to running...Oh i have a ECU to.

I actually have ALOT of **** for it...Its almost a running car in a sense...Just gotta find the time to wrench on it.

then tint them up, i wouldnt change my tails even if i got a ticket. yea the front bumper was like that when i bought it. when we took the tap off of my front bumper after cutting it it pulled alot of the discolored part off and it was normal color. i need a new bumper period. the ends are all broken from bottoming out and what not and the whole car needs a paint job.

I don't think I knew you at the time but it came with tinted taillights. I got pulled over for them and I never really liked them all too much. They were nightshade over aftermarket ricey lights and it was debadged of the Eclipse on the center piece.

I ordered the plate back in December and it was mailed to me mid january and i never got it. I was pissed but got over it eventually. One day, i go downstairs to get my mail and there's a slip for magazines so i walk to the doorman to get my magazines and in the stack of mags is this big flat envelope :) Turns out the plate was sitting there for weeks.

Thanks, man. It's been a learning process, and three brave clusters bit the dust trying to get this one near-perfect. It mainly evolved from the fact that I think A-pillar guages pose a nasty visability/safety issue, and my near-obsession with sleeper-fying this car, haha. The shots are straight off the D40, as I currently have no way to edit them on a computer. These were from the first batch of 50 shots I took with the camera, so I think that they turned out alright....:o

Yes I really did lmao. It was the only way i knew to get the car up high enough. I stripped the car down to the frame and it almost fell off cause of how light it was. The worst part is that my driveway is sloped and the thing started to get really unbalanced and unstable. Almost fell too when I picked up one side.

There isn't much staying the same on my car this year. I'm finally doing all the things I've wanted to do to the car but I was prohibited to by class rules or had too tight of time constraints to make it to races. I got a new header for the car, new (bigger) turbo, 5" ETS core as pointed out above, new engine, etc. The main parts that are remaining the same will be the dog box, tilton carbon clutch and DSS drivetrain (axles, t-case, driveshaft). I worked on it for a few hours tonight and I'm still taking things apart. I need to start putting in more hours on it so I can make some progress. The dragster has been eating up most of my time so I'm pretty far behind where I was hoping to be.

The car will still be a street car, it will still have a full interior, it will be cleaner and it will be faster.

You can get topline lifters on ebay for $70.00 shipped. They are identical to the oem ones.

140k on the motor (bone stock) GT28, turbo back 3" exhaust, FMIC, K&N, Intake, 550cc, 255 Walboro, SAFC II. I had a boost leak, a torn coupler i didnt know about so i got it tuned at 16psi and it made 267whp, 277tq.over 90 degrees in the shop too haha. I got the leak fixed and turned it up to 21psi and its huge difference but idk what im makin now.

here is the one in primer, That i'm doing. I did the enginebay, jams and valve cover today, Tomorrow or wed I will be doing the exterior of the car.. I have a brand new built motor, shearer fab top-mount, gt42r, And every bolt on for it now. It should come out very very nice. Should be done in about 1 week.

The color looks copper with no lights on it, And is a burnt orange in the sun. It's the color that Titan-Motorsports uses on their Race-supra and their one other supra that I believe they sold.

This is the dark purple/burgandy car that FORCE-F3D had in the forsale part-out thread. It's a 95 or 96' AWD 5spd talon that I converted over the a 2gB gsx.

Looks like you never need any spare parts lol i have never seen such a larger collection of Dsm's in my life. and that copper color is sick kinda looks like the stock color that came on 2g's. And i wish i could build dsm's like you lol.

Thank you for the comment. The copper color turns to a burnt orange under light/out in the sun. When the page hits the next page, I'll ad 10 or so more of them. I just don't want to take up entire pages with just me. I'm waiting for others to keep posting theirs too. I have roughly around 30 more of them to post.

Yes, I have about 6 sets of tail lights, headlights, front bumpers, side-skirts, rear bumpers I "think". Would hafto check whats in my garage basement again. unfortunatly I don't have ANY 97+ talon parts though that everyone always asks about. :( I can primer them for you for no charge if you wanted to buy any of it.

As for your valve cover in that color. If you wanted it done, Bring it to my garage and i'll quick do it for you while I still have the paint.

I get asked that alot. Alot had to be done since people did not know how to keep their nose in their own business, And had to worry about what I was doing 24/7. Before I fixed everything with the whole too many cars issue, I got more then one letter in the mail in the past obviously, as well as the ''men in black'' you never want to see, Showing up at the garage :banned: :eek:
I think you are allowed to buy as many cars as you want per year, but you are only able to sell 6 per year. :| I will never cross that path and I do everything 100% so I don't get myself in trouble or get any more unexpected visits from the law. At first, I weren't aware of all the different laws, until I had them all told to me at once, While my garage/cars/plates were all being scanned and logged/tracked. It was something I would never want to experience again.

Here is another one that just showed up this morning, Since it seems like we ran out of guys with dsm's... I could keep this going. I might get one or two more 2g GSX's in the next week or so. I don't have a limit on them and I don't mind buying them so when ever I get the need (which is usually at least one every two weeks , This week it were 2 in a week), I'll buy them. I usually only buy 2g's, And never N/t cars. Usually ALL gsx's, unless I find a gst/tsi fwd that catches my eye.

If it were a 2g I would have bought it already. I just sold the same exact car that you have, Minus an engine, For $500 with brand new tires. I had the car for over a year, And it was just way to hard to sell. Unfortunatly it's not as easy to sell a 1g car as a 2g car. I've had plenty of both, But I usually do not buy 1g cars anymore unless they are under $1,000 and I would not want to even try to low-ball you.
