when you buy a used car in pa with a expired inspection do yah have any grace period to get it inspected? or is it when you buy it it has to be done?

i dont know. i know you have a 10 day grace period if you buy it out of state. it might be different if you're already in the state the expired inspection is in.

I don't think so. I know my friend used this excuse when he was pulled over 2 times during the first week with his Del Sol (damn red cars), and he bought that in Norristown.

And I can't remember, but it's definitely no more than 10 days. Just get it done asap.
