New Fad?

I've never seen this discussed before, but i've seen it twice in the past week so i figured i'd bring it up and see if anyone has heard of it before.

Is the new thing to wire up your reverse lights so they stay on always? I've seen an is300 and a 240 both with their reverse lights on while driving forward. I figured it might be the "new thing" because both cars were modified. Anyone else hear of this? I personally think this is about as cool as blue leds in the winshield sprayers, but that's just me.

maybe....but rear fogs are usually seperat from the tailight themselves, and lower on the bumper...obviously not in all cases prob but....i dont know, id say theres a decent chance people are being gay and doing it on purpose

they are not always seperate... ive seen several cars where its integrated into the tail lights...

now that i think about it, my friend up at kutztown bought a rear view camera for his head unit, and had to wire it thru his reverse lights to make it work or something. but he didnt choice to do that lol.

Yea, and most of them are wired so that only one side lights up when the fog lights are on.

I see the Honda's in the city doing this a lot with the clear lenses and blue or white bulbs, and I have to laugh because it's like holding a sign up saying "please harass me"

back in the day (like when my mom and dad were teenagers) that used to mean that you wanted to race.... they had them hooked up to a toggle switch. either that or it had a bad switch
