For those of you who recall.....

I was on a kick about gettin rid of my WRX a while back. And I pretty much sold all my parts that were waitin for warm weather to be put on. Although I'm kickin myself about the Cusco swaybar and the HKS SSQV I sold, it was necessary due to my hours at work being severely cut and I had to get money fast.

Well....now that I'm back in the game.

my kartboy was a pain in the ASS... took about 30 minutes with a mallet to get that thing in...

I tried the dead blow hammer. After 2 mins I said "Screw it", and got a real hammer.

Yeah, but we didn't have a piece of wood to put in between it... Would have helped a lot.

DEFFINITLY use a piece of wood inbetween. I screwedup the threads on my shifter by using a just a regular hammer. Kinda hard to put an aftermarket shift knob on after messing up the top threads. :o

Which is why we used the mallet (soft rubber ****) which took like half an hour.
