My cousions had this hatchback for almost 10 years, Its been garage kept since the day he bought it. Never saw rain/snow or any bad weather at that. Its an 89 si mint inside and out its got 167,000 miles on the engine and body....im thinking about buying this for 3gs and doing a k20 swap. He just recently replaced all the axles, bushings, and it has a brand new ACT 6 disk clutch, with a 2000 si flywheel. Anyway here are some pictures of the car no engine shots because i know im doing a swap and the motors prob only got another 30k miles on it but here she is. Let me know what you think taking all comments. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b335/eastsidesuby19/th_DSCN1808.jpg (http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b335/eastsidesuby19/DSCN1808.jpg)

It's not worth 3k, if you have money, go for it, I'm just a cheap ass.

But anyway, it looks super clean, don't see too many like that anymore.

nice idea you got there, but 3g's is preety steep. you said it has new axles clutch and alll that but it doesnt really matter cause all of that has to change when you do the k20 swap. im not about the EF hatch but i know the Crx's have to cut there hoods open to fit in the K20 motor because it sits higher then the hood. just a warning if you didnt know. but anyway if i had the money id do the k20swap in that its clean looking too. good luck

It looks good Matt, but I think you will just miss the Subaru even more. Do you still want me to talk to Eric about his hatchie?

looks clean. a k20 swap in that will require you to cut the hood so it can close. id suggest just doing a b18c5 itr swap instead of the k20
