September 2004 -
Bone stock with 66k miles and yellow painted badges, although I think my dad helped me fix that by then.

October 2005 -
Hella smoked side markers and VR6EXXY black europlate.

April 2006 -
Installed my FK 60/40 Kit.
FK 60/40 Cup Kit installed in April 2006.

June 2006 -
My first time showing. Super Jam @ Maple Grove.

July 2006 -
So after showing my car at VW Super Jam, I decided to save up my money and get my whole front bumper, the top of my rear bumper, and my mirrors resprayed. I also got my new grille painted and a nasty rust spot on my rear right fender cut out, new metal welded in, and resprayed as well. I got it back the day before Waterfest 12.

I got 3rd place out of 3 cars at Waterfest 12, in the stock mk3 golf class, July 2006. I did get a pretty big trophy out of it, lol.

September 2006 -
I finally decided on doing my first real performance mod, and went with Stainless Steel Techtonics Tuning Exhaust and a Stainless Borla Muffler.

I brought home 3rd in the mild 93-95 mk3 golf class at H2Oi. I also had my OEM Euro Lip put on a few days before the show.

November 2006 -

January 2007 -
Hella smoked dual chamber ecodes, fogs, turns.

April 2007 -
Polished/Painted intake manifold by Vacantskies (sp?)

August 2007 -
Fresh rockers that cost a lot and Mercedes CLK wheels with 20 and 28mm custom adapters.

Vag Fair 1st place modified a3 OBD1

Looking good, the smoked ecodes should look sick, i'm considering getting some for mine.

thanks. i'm def. trying to achieve the clean look, which i think it is pretty clean, unlike most kids my age who like to do everything ghetto and do chalkboard hoods and bedliner sprayed bumpers.

yes, i know, thats why i want them! but nobody has them in stock right now, i just need them by spring.

That is to funny. I had the exact same car. Got teased about it being purple!!! I said not purple it is MULBERRY. Nice and clean!! Looks good.

i just think of ecodes as being the european headlights, although i'm sure there is a more correct definition.

I believe the only real difference between them other than the wiring for sure is the reflective properties ( like the backing and the actual headlight glass ). Feel free to correct me if i am wrong.

wheels won't come for a while since i have expensive taste, unless i just upgrade to some rxIIs or something till i'm done school. i do go to college, so mods can't come as quick as i'd like. lighting is next for sure, then maybe a chip/intake, but i'm not sure. thanks!
