just a few Questions

Hello officer(s)
i have a few questions please dont think of any of them as disrespect or anything just general info i would like to know.
1. is it illegal to throw an apple out the window into grass in a moving car. (since its biodegradable i dont see how)

More serious.
2. a few of my friends (3 to be exact) were driving down a highway at about the speed limit. The limit was 55 and we were doing about 60, because that’s about the flow of traffic. Well while driving this guy in a truck is driving slower then ever so we all pass him. Finally we get to a light and he pulls up all frantic and flipping out saying that he has our license plate numbers and that hes going to call the cops. We wernt doing anything wrong just a few nice cars on a cruise and we get this old guy yelling at us. My question is, what could he possibly do if he were to call the cops and later the cops “spot” the cars.

Finally.
3 . what kind(s) of tickets can you get for doing donuts in an abandoned parking lot with no cars or anything around?

Thank you for your help.

1. yes it is still littering, you can not throw anything from a moving vehicle, i have pulled people over for throwing the butt of a cigerette out the window (my pet peeve). It doesnt matter if it is biodegrateable, its the fact that the flying object could also hit someone else when you throw it.

2. No nothing to be worried about, the cop wouild have to witness the infraction to write you the ticket.

3. Careless driving 39:4-97
