Hammtheman's Rb25det Powered S13...moving forward
i had the car loaded with parts, the bed and the back part of the cab loaded with parts. My plans for this car is a street/strip monster. Im looking to run an RB25DET that is built laying down around 600hp. its probably gonna piss off a few people but im not slamming it and stretching tires. im gonna be running nice 10-12 inch drag radials with an aggressive rake on it. I am waiting on my Subaru to sell to start on the motor. so right now im doing all the maintenance, suspension, brakes, and fuel system. i currently have a full bushing kit for the front and rear along with solid subframe bushings, rear 22mm sway bar, steering rack bushings, and isis front and rear arm kit. hope to get more pics of the car and the teardown, but i found out my garage landlord hasnt been paying his bills. my garage is up for sherriffs office in march so im trying to find a garage to get started on this... good luck with your build for sure - why did you choose to go with the 25? and instead of the origin kits have you seen the type x stuff? it's a little cliche but on the right car it'd look great.

Cool idea but I'd rather use a cheaper motor if you're gonna make a drag car out of it.
Probably a 4.8L or 5.3L LS based motor... can get one with accessories for like $100. You can make 600whp with a decent turbo also... search the name denmah if you want to get an idea.

Mr eh - I did look a little I'm just looking for something that isn't super aggressive kinda want a sleeper exterior
Seven - I chose the RB25 cause I wanted to really stay in the Nissan family. I do like the 5.3 and have seen demah build but the RB just seemed like a better fit Twisted - I have been looking around for diff options this was just the easiest route lol. I don't have an s13 sub frame. The parts car was basically for trans motor and interior ****. No suspension or anything

I have a Z32 NA LSD Diff with 4.09 for sale if you need it. And I also have a VH45DE as well ;)
Good luck with the build! Can't wait to see more!
