The incident happened Monday morning at about 7:45... I pulled up to him at the light waiting to turn left onto PA29 north in Collegeville. He was already stopped when I got there. Out of nowhere, he sticks his arm out of his window and gives the finger. I assumed at that point that it was directed towards the maroon Taurus in front of him. When the light turned green he suddenly went around, and to the right, of the Taurus to pass it. When the curb on the far side of the lane crept up, he had nowhere to go but back behind the Taurus. Meanwhile as this was happening, I closed the gap between myself and the Taurus. My intention was to make the guy feel like a dip-**** for being an ass, and basically "call him out", hoping he would be blocked out of the turn lane and would have to wait for everyone to pass before he could go again. It turns out he just cut in front of me anyway, which didn't shock me at all. So I revved my 2.9L Ranger at him to let him know "Hey, you're being a dick." At this point, all of the anger he had towards the Taurus was then fully directed towards me. He started by yelling at me through his rear view mirror. Then he stuck his head out his window. He kept yelling "What the f*** is your problem!!" to which I replied "YOU are!! YOU are my problem!!" Then he started slowing WAY down and opening his door. I figured he was going to actually get out of his car, basically in the middle of the intersection. He ended up not getting out, but he was in a full-on rage at this point, slamming on his brakes, opening and closing his door... I laid on my horn for at least a minute steady, as he stubbornly crept along at 2 mph. I was hoping that the embarrassment of what he was doing would be noticed by everyone around: there was a line of stopped traffic waiting at the light going the other way, and there was a line behind me also. Eventually this worked, and he tore-ass out of there. I waited a few minutes to regain my senses, and then I called the police. When he got to PA113 to make a right (which was also the way I was going), he stopped completely at the green light. I knew what he was doing- he was waiting for the light to turn red, then gun it so I would be left stuck at the light. It didn't work, I followed him through the red. I was on the phone with the dispatcher at this point, so I couldn't honk or gesture at all. He then must have realized that I was on the phone with the police, so when the shoulder got wide, he pulled over to let me pass. Again, he was opening his door, yelling and gesturing towards me. After I passed him, he turned off onto the very first street- Wingate Drive. Unfortunately, he had successfully evaded me and kept me from reading his plate to the police. I stopped at the barracks in Skippack to talk to an officer about the whole incident. The officer was basically no help because I hadn't gotten the tag number. I was a little frustrated by this, because it wasn't like I was asking him to look for a beige Camry! I think a black SRT8 Charger with Washington tags is pretty easy to spot. So that's the story. I hope anyone who spots this guy doesn't get caught up in his rage as well.

...Saw him again this morning, and up to his normal tricks. Passing on the shoulders at merge points, speeding, passing on the double yellows... This time, I got his plate, and where he works.
2006-2010 SRT-8 Charger, black 019-YUE (Washington State) He works at the PA National Guard Maintenance Building on PA 113, near Graterford Prison. So apparently this dickbag thinks his **** doesn't stink because he's Nat'l Guard, and he can drive however he wants. If you're in that area, be careful of this guy. Also, if you spot him driving recklessly, please report him to the Skippack police. The more reports they have on this guy, the more likely they are able to do something about him.

I did see him get off of 422 at Collegeville, so I'm positive this is the same guy.

Driving spiritedly and driving like a DOUCHE are two different things. I might drive "spiritedly" but I dont brazenly incite accidents by driving in the shoulder, and going in on coming traffic doing in excess of 100mph. Hopefully the cops catch this guy.

I'm not saying the other cars/members he's run into are slow, he'd just rather take his chances on something that's obviously not a Z06...
