Abandoned properties
anyone know how one would go about buying a property that is abandoned? Or looking up the owners at least? There's a few things I'm interested in that have looked vacant for the last 10 years

One is in Philly, the other one, I'm not sure if it's still Philly or not.

For properties in Philly you can search for the address on Hallwatch.org and I believe it gives you the owner's name.
