Not really a ricer, but shows what the kind of idiots drivers there are out there. was a 99 Civic SI, suposely had a boosted b16. went to fast coming up my hill, and spun on a left hand turn, then fled the scene. found out later the kid was drunk when he wrecked, but couldn't be charged for dui, just for fleeing the scene:
