The Mazda MX-3

I don't know too much about the car but it sound like it would have done well with the people who love the miata but don't care for having a convertible.
Like me.

Anyone here drove one and can comment how it compares to similar cars?
Was there anything majorly wrong with it?

fwd is the biggest problem with it... people do swaps with them all the time though, and those are quick (for FWDs).

Aestetically, imo it just has too much of a "Euro" look to it, kindof like the Paseo (eww!).

Can't really compare it to a Miata seeing as RWD and FWD are 2 totally different playing fields. I've never liked them though, it looks like a Deawoo or a Kia, and on that note, aside from the MX-5 and RX7/8, I don't like anything Mazda makes. The other MS cars aren't bad but I've never liked them to be honest. New ones are ugly too, even the new MX-5 which only redeems itself in my book by being such a blast to drive.

If you want the fun of your old Miata but don't want a convertible buy a Hardtop. It will give you the security and look of a coupe (sort of) and you can still take it off when you want the wind in your hair.

How did I skim through such a important factor. Good riddens!
