PIP Video Editing

Hi guys, anyone know of a program I can use to throw like two seperate videos together. Like one in a box to the upper left of the other or something like that.

I have an incar and out of car videos from my last autocross, and it'd be cool to compile them together with each other.

Thanks in advance!!

Ya' know I have that and didn't even think of using it. I used to use Adobe Encore DVD for everything, and I haven't even used that in a while. I fell in love with the effects in Cyberlink PowerDirector. Thanks!!
