Seen the lighter blue Evo VIII with painted flat black wheels. It was parked at a used car dealer I think down near Manheim / Lancaster. Really looked like the one members car here. I forget his name though. His brother has a yellow Evo I believe.

you mean VIII? and it was prolly at Timal Auto in manheim. they always have evo's dsm's srt-4's etc.
