im trying to get back in shape, i wanna lose like 15-25 lbs, but i dont have the motivation or drive to actually work out, ive been eating healthy tho

arthritis in my left shoulder
getting MRI done next week on my right.
getting ART done 3 times a week and chiropractic correction.

its a general conditioning workout where you workout with a group.

the only problem is crossfit people think they are gods and goddesses amongst men. Keep and level head and just enjoy it.

i had a trial workout and it was fun and different.

I personally have been lifting for about 2 years. At my best physical shape i was 195lbs and 8% body fat with max bench of 275 and max squat of 365, nothing out of this world but above avg. Then i bulked to 210lbs but hated the extra body fat (maybe 12%) and now im getting back into my nutrition (2000 calories 200 grams of protien/day) and have come back down to 204lbs and around 10% body fat. Would like to get down to 7-8% body fat and stay around 200lbs.

96 Miata 2,040lbs full tank, hardtop, half-cage

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week (except when sick or in pain) since March 2010. I haven't really lost weight, but I turned a lot of it into muscle. I can't really see it, but other people tell me all the time that I'm huge.

Monday back&biceps (preacher curls, pull-ups, hammer curls, bicep curls, pull-downs)
Tuesday chest&triceps (benchpress, tricep pulldown, overhead rows, pushups etc)
Wednesday run 2 miles
Thursday back&biceps
Friday chest&triceps

I take 2 scoops of Jack3d pre-workout and 2 scoops of Nitro-tech post-workout.
