i'm sure they hit 80+ in some of the straights but the course is obviously focused on the turns, most of which are pretty tight. its a great spectator sport, i definitely recommend some of you go check it out.

the cars participating have to meet certain requirements, including a cage, and the drivers need to have an scca solo license. its not something you can just jump into because of this but the process of getting licensed is fun too i'm sure.
