The Plymouth Whitemarsh township is holding a 5k walk/run on April 21st. If anyone is interested in participating in the event please visit this site:

I appreciate anyone who registers/participates because I am helping run this event. We are currently sitting a little below the quota for participants, if the quota is not reached, the event will not be held.

Fees:

15$ for runners
10$ for walkers

Back when I was 60lbs lighter, in shape, and never smoked, I used to run cross country. 5k was laughable then. I would die if I did this.
