My Trip to Cali...Full Coverage of the 2009 Eibach Honda Meet - TriStateTuners.com :: Home of Tristate Auto Enthusiast

Once a year Eibach hosts a the largest Honda/Acura meet in the country at there manufacturing facility in Corona, CA. Well this year my buddy Bill (BlackDeathV6BG) and I flew out to Cali for the event... I graduated college on Friday and I flew out to Cali first thing Saturday morning. I landed at LAX early in the morning and Bill picked me up and we went straight to the Hella Flush meet at Venice Beach, which was real cool. There were a ton of cool cars with crazy stances, and I took a bunch of pics, but I haven't edited them yet (I will post a separate thread for them). Then we woke up real early Sunday and went to Eibach... what an amazing meet... met a bunch of cool people, took a ton of photos, and the quality of cars was top notch!

Here are my favorite pics that I have edited so far... I will update this thread with more pics as I edit them and I will have them all on my Flickr (Click the Flickr link in my Sig to check out all of my pics from the event... too many to post)

23. In a sea of Spoon calipers this car stood out... had a sick bay also, but I haven't edited any other shots of it yet... more to come!

24. IMO probably one of the most well matched wheel/car combos at the meet... Normally I see Brites on cars and the blue barrels just don't flow, well they flowed perfectly with this car :thumb: Regamaster Brites, Spoon Twin Block, Kics Neo-Chros, and nice blue paint :thumb:

25. The bay was sick also...

42. This hatches bay was immaculate...It's hard to see in the pic but the VC, IM, and bracket for the Spoon ETD were all this nice black metallic color :thumb:

43. The ultimate '97 ITR, all Mugen'd out and it even had the Mugen front lip

44. Phaze 2 xB, such a crazy stance, look at the ground clearance up front... and no it's not on bags

53. Probably the cleanest teal Honda I have ever seen... this was a '94-'97 teg with Mugen lip, Spoon/Vision mirrors and some other nice parts...

54. Sick white Ek, which has an Air walker bumper, polished Work Meisters, and D2 brakes :thumb: More pics in the works...

55. Such a sick track build, Spoon everything...

56. Bay shot when they were loading it back onto the trailer...

58. Clean EF rollin' out... the wheels had this crazy specal'd metallic paint

I'm not even sure what i want to say. The pics were great and pretty much every car you posted was insanely done. Would love to go to a quality meet like that one day. Looking forward to your other meet pics.

pictures look good, but I wanna see the rest of the car other then the engine bays and wheel closeups. Some of those cars sounded incredible... god I want a Honda now.

That's what I kept calling it, lol

You could look around and just point out cars that have been in Honda Tuning and other magazines, and tons of other sick cars I've always seen online! Definitely worth the trip!

Yeah, the amount of crazy cars was overwhelming, lol. Normally at most meets (here on the east coast), you have a handful of standout cars at a big meet... people keep asking me what my favorite car was and even if I try and break it down by model (s2k, ek, teg, etc.) I can't even decide what my favorite was, lol

Yeah... I still have more shots I am working on, but the detail shots were definitely my favorite... It wasn't easy taking full car shots with thousands of people walking around...
