Bucks County Exotics meet in Doylestown, PA

I registered today and even though it's the heart of the winter, something to think about come spring time.

There's a local car club that meets every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month (weather permitting) at the Starbucks on 611 in Doylestown that's next to the Barn theater (Kohls shopping center).

I'm local and it would be cool to see more variety of cars show up.

This is an exotic meet, don't ruin it by inviting ricers.

They don't mind the less fortunate attending, but once the ricer flybys and burnouts start, that's the **** that gets these meets shut down/moved.

I'm sorry, I guess I need to see who's actually on this site first I guess. It's definitely a more mature meet that's for sure. I've always been made to feel welcome and respected even if I don't own an exotic. Then again, I'm 37 and have a proffesional career and act appropriately.

Thanks for the heads up.

This is why they don't mind you around them. You treat them with respect.

I treat everyone with respect till they demonstrate that they don't deserve it.

I've tried to live that way for most of my life and it's worked well for me.

The car is running great. Doing the procharger was the best mod to date. The car is an absolute blast to drive and super reliable. No issues at all and I'm over 700rwhp.

I've been to a few of the meets. Usually a pretty nice turnout when the weather is cooperative.

They always think it’s awesome when something new to the table comes along that is very innovative or unique other than a supercar. I’m 29 and showed up to one of these events wearing a Morbid Angel with the sleeves cut off when I used to live in Dublin, PA. But like what was said before, as long as you’re respectful and not a douche, then you’re golden.

Exactly. My car is far from stealthy, the Procharger is noticable miles away and when I pull into the lot, I usually get a decent crowd that comes over to check it out and I get a good 10-20 minute conversation especially when I tell them that I've done all the work myself.

It definitely is not a 'burnout' or leave the meet revving the s!@# out of the car type group, which is good.

LOL, when I pulled in with my FD, everyone had no idea what it was, came over and said I blew a piston. When I told them that it was a street ported wankel engine, they were amazed.

I didn't know not owning an exotic car meant being "less fortunate".

This is a very informal meet. No reserve spaces, no registration, it's just a come on out if you wanna hang out and chat type meet. I park amongst everyone else and I certainly don't have an 'exotic' in the common meaning of the word, but it is pretty exotic to have a car making in excess of 700rwhp.

There's everything from Lotus's to Porsche's to Ferraris here. I think he meant less 'Fortune'.
