Don't really think you can be refunded for a charitable donation.

Sorry to hear you can't make it to the meet. Do you have any friends going that you can give/sell your spot to? That is what most people do in this situation. Someone else can use your spot, they'll just need the printed Paypal receipt from the donation to show at the gate.

I am able to attend at this point, the weather for Saturday was originally calling for rain which had shifted things around and would have made it difficult to attend. I am aware it is a donation, so leave it at that, certainly don't have a problem, I just figured a spot wasted was a spot wasted if I didn't show up. Thank you for the response.

Ok here is the story on VIP last year.

Im the guy in charge of it and was/will be taking the registration. Last year we had more then enough spots for Pre-Registered VIP but I was told to allow any and all people who wanted VIP "if they payed there" to get in. That is were the issue started, we had a ton of late comers doing VIP and they ate up stops. This along with almost 20% of the registered VIPs not even showing up or getting there after 12:30-1 made it a down to the wire fill up situation.

This is not happening this year, I will know the numbers for Pre-Registered and the number of extra spots. Once the extra spots are full only Pre-Registered will be getting in.

My advice is to get there between 11-12 if your Pre-Registered VIP and if your thinking of getting VIP "day of" and not Pre-Registered get there as early as possible. There are numerous lots and parking areas with in sight to sit in before 11 to wait on the gates opening.

Good to hear! Although I think they got there before noon last year. Nonetheless, looking forward to another great meet!

I'm bummed looks like I will have to be just a spectator this year. Had the Audi all ready to go (supra's down for some rewiring) and some random douche decided it would be cool/funny/douchey and threw a giant rock into my door saturday night.

We do have VIP spots still available. Definitely recommended to grab one before the show via Paypal using the link in the first post because they do usually sell out before or very early the day of the show.

Man the meet is close now, we're pulling all the last minute stuff together and its all looking great.
