Need Help setting exposure on S5

I seem to be having a problem setting the exposure levels
I get it to take shots of -2 -1 0 and after that +1 +2 it just takes them the same as zero this is so aggrivating and i cant find it in the users manual as its packed with so much other things anyone can you help me out ? ive seen that alot of people seemed to use this camera so maybe someone knows?

what setting do you have it on while you're trying to set exposure?

Landscape?
Im just trying to shoot some diffrent exposure shots to learn to do some HDR images
or could i just use AEB with the auto shoot mode?

im thinking that the landscape mode is limiting your choices here. try using aperture priority. i think your camera has that option. this should yield you better results, i hope anyway. maybe im talking out my ass but i really think the mode you're using is hurting you here.

if you have photoshop you can use that or you can use a trial version of photomatix i think

just to be sure, are you trying to bracket here? -2, -1, 0, +1, +2... right?

ok, well i would personally shoot this on manual myself... find what exposure you think is the best, then either manually open up and close down your stops to bracket, or turn on auto bracketing.

if you can do the auto bracketing through one of the other exposure modes i'm not sure... aperture priority or others.
