is it just cause i'm waking up or does it look like the red s13 hatch and the fc have some chassis flex in a few slides?

Well its a coupe, and I doubt you can see chassis flex. Its probably all the terrible drift car body lines making it look that way.

Don't take it wrong I'm def not hating on either but just looking at the fender, bumper cover, hood in correlation to the windshield and the rest of the body, My eye see slight tweak-age. Perhaps chassis flex was the wrong terminology to use.
