namdoogwerdna's 2002 Si, new (used) shoes!

Well I've been on the boards for like a year and a half and I haven't made one of these yet, but now that the mod bug has bitten me once again I figured I might as well.

I've been trying to keep the car looking as factory as possible, with all of my modifications being functional and subtle. That's just what I like.

Here are the specs:

2002 Honda Civic Si (EP3)
Taffeta White

Shortest Mod List Ever:
Injen SRI
DC shorty header
Borla catback
Hondata intake manifold gasket (going on soon)
H&R springs
SPC Camber Kit
OEM sideskirts from an 04/05 Si
Faux carbon dash kit
DC Sports titanium front strut bar
Type-R Replica front lip
15x7 Kosei K1 Racing w/custom red lettering

Pics:

Thinking about boost next, gotta make some money first though.

I haven't yet, probably nothing too insane.. I'm guessing 15.5? I want to run it this year, so I'll post up a time if I do.

The BBS's are silver, but I might get them powder coated bronze. But then there is part of me that wants to buy some wide ass wheel with an aggressive offset to fill in the gap a little bit.

Nice lookin' civic. The only thing I don't like about them is where the shifter is. But other then that clean lookin' civic.

Bump!

Wheels are in but they are jusssst barely too wide, so blkz06 and I get to chop up the fenders next week :D

I don't have pics but they are Work replicas and they look just like this, 17x7

Also picked up a front lip, it will look like this but it will fit better. Getting paint soon and I should be spraying it at my buddies place in two weeks.

Pics & updates coming soon.

Here is what happened:

I was sitting at a light on rt 3. and I had been stopped for like a minute already. I thought the car was in neutral so I let off the clutch because I didn't feel like holding it in, but the car was in first and I lurched into a ford explorer that was right in front of me. It literally only moved four feet and it did that much damage to the car. I am okay, as is the driver of the ford. The explorer had no damage (that I saw at least). The officer was very cool, did not write me a citation, and stayed with me until my tow guy showed up. It sucks, but it could have been much worse.

damn man. You don't know how many times i've done that same thing, luckily no one would be in front of me.

Yeah it's rough. But if I did all that damage to the car just from a little lurch, I don't wanna know what would have happened if I had hit someone at speed.

Yeah thank goodness no one was hurt. Car is probably not totaled but I'm not sure how much internal damage there is.
