So I'm at the point here where I'm totally stuck on what to do.

I hit a cut off street sign when trying to turn around in a small patch of grass, it bent the rad support, smacked the header, and ripped apart the bumper and drivers side fender. Im saying to get this all fixed would prob be around 1200-1500 with paint. The Thing is A JDM ITR Front is only 1800 and I love it. See now The thing is I cant decide whether I want to keep the car and do the JDM front or just get the USDM Front replaced and sell it and buy something new (srt-4, 06 Si, WRX)

I'm totally stuck on this. I mean i love my car and all but id love to have a turbo, and a little bit more power. If i get the car fixed I could sell it for around 12k which is what I bought it for, then save up a little bit and buy something else. Or I could just get the JDM Front, Coil-overs, LCA's, Full Respray, and Header, Exhaust.

I say keep it, i think all of the cars you named are fine, but i think if you did what you planned for your car it would be cooler then all of those.

i say keep it man, you got yourself a REALLY nice gsr making it turbo isnt hard and cost less then an evo. let me know if you decide to just fix the car and sell it cause i have an extra 98+ bumper sitting here.
